The point you become hoggish, and wish to get "lucky", is the day you give away all of your money. Seems a bit absurd, but it appears to be genuine. It seems the only time I ever come away with cash is when I don’t care about blowing it. I went to the the casino the other night with twenty dollars. I couldn’t care any less about losing it, I mean, what is 20 dollars? So guess what happened? I left with $120 in profit in just one hour!

A different time I was at the casino with my friend Ben. I took with me 100 dollars that I couldn’t stand to lose. I got hoggish, I got worried, and I ended up wagering too much and squandered it in 30 minutes! The lesson my friends is at no time bet anymore than you can commit to lose. If you don’t worry about losing, you have a greater opportunity of winning big!

How else can you enhance your chances of succeeding at Roulette besides creating a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Sure, they hit every once in a while, but they do not come up often enough to ensure a dependable profit. Just wager on 1:1 wagers e.g. black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets e.g. first 12, second 12, 3rd 12, etc Wager on odds that pay fairly high.

With the basic rules covered, how else can we additionally elevate our chances of succeeding at Roulette? By shifting probability into our ally, as opposed to our enemy. "You can not succeed at Roulette", my friend Jeff would say to me. "It is absolutely random because any number could come up". Absolutely, my friend Chris does have a point, although at the same time, he is missing a critical aspect of the picture. I absolutely agree, red or black can hit thirty times in a row, but how often does that happen?
